The Inn at Arch Rock wants cvery guest’s stay to be special. If you have any special needs request, or even a special occasion you may be celebrating, please contact the Inn prior to arrival so that we may make your stay memorable and one-of-a-kind!
Cancellation Policy
There is no charge when you cancel prior to 3 days from the arrival date. If canceling less than 72 hours before the arrival date, you will be charged the amount of a one-night stay. (No call, no shows will be an automatic charge for a one-night stay)
smoking/damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to the rooms. Your credit card will be charged after check out for cost of repairs or carpet cleaning; an invoice will be provided and mailed to you.
This is a non-smoking establishment. There is no smoking tobacco, vaporizers or marijuana in units, on decks, patios or anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking of any substance (this includes overwhelming odors) will result in a minimum $250 fee.
Furniture is not to be moved (i.e. couches, bed, tables) without express management approval & assistance. If the layout of the room needs adjustment for your convenience, please contact Inn staff. Moved furniture fees start at $75.
Other damages to Inn property (including linens) will be charged a minimum $75 fee (this includes extra cleaning as a result of such damages).
occupancy
Minimum age requirement to reserve a room is 21 years of age. The maximum occupancy is posted for each room and all children are included in this number.
pets
The Inn at Arch Rock is not accepting pets at this time.
However, service animals who are trained to provide a life-saving service are graciously accepted here at the Inn at Arch Rock. If you are traveling with a service animal, please contact the Inn prior to arrival to make appropriate accommodations.
Emotional support animals are unfortunately not considered service animals per ADA specifications as they do not perform a life-saving task. Therefore, the Inn does not accept emotional support animals. (If you are choosing to travel with your companion, Travelodge and SCP may be able to accommodate you).
payments/rates
Cash, debit cards, VISA/MasterCard, Discovery & American Express welcome. Rates do not include lodging tax.
10% discount available to military and first responders.
Senior discounts also available (blackout dates may apply depending on season). Please contact the Inn for details.
office hours/check-in/out
Our office hours are Sunday-Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Friday-Saturday 8:00am to 7:00pm seven days a week.
Check-ins start at 4pm, checkout is at 11am. Lobby is located at the black awning.
We happily accept after-hours arrivals until 9pm. If you believe you will be an after hours arrival, please contact the Inn directly prior to arrival to make after-hours arrangements.
parking
We have a small parking lot with a single space for each unit. We do not have any visitor parking available. For visitor parking, please consult with front desk staff who can assist with appropriate visitor parking options.
Prior to or at check-in, if there is more than one vehicle per unit please let the front desk person know and they will assist you with where you might be able to park.
